My non-verbal boy can sling snark with the best of them. He just expresses it in more creative ways.

I thought to myself, “Well, that was different. I guess that’s who I am now.”

“Hop up on the scale for me buddy.” That’s when the gates of hell open.

They know to never listen if I ask them to smell their food or accept a Hurtz Donut.

We just literally moved yesterday. Half the things in this room are still covered in cellophane.

I have a lot to do. I’m thinking about it now as I write this.

Although rarely talked about, it’s one of the strangest parts of parenting.
